Historic Warehouse District Development Corp. is a non-profit organization formed in 1980 to coordinate and stimulate redevelopment for a unique, mixed-use neighborhood for downtown Cleveland.

We are dedicated to promoting historic, cultural, and heritage preservation through advocacy, education, and programs that support the ongoing revitalization of Cleveland’s unique historic district.
