ABOUT US

Warehouse District Inc. (WDI) is a non-profit organization formed in 1980 to coordinate and stimulate redevelopment for a unique, mixed-use neighborhood for downtown Cleveland. For the past 30 years, the District has grown and evolved, and WDI’s long-standing commitment to the neighborhood has remained the same.

To champion and inspire opportunities for growth in the Warehouse District.

Programs

WDI continues its work to provide sustained program funding, support, and resources for all aspects of the Warehouse District. WDI also continues its historic preservation easement program to protect and preserve into perpetuity the District’s rich building stock.
