Development Assistance

The staff of the Historic Warehouse District Development Corporation has developed specific expertise in project development from planning and conception, to design and development finance. Since the early 1980s, the District has seen over $400 million in incremental development – first in the adaptive re-use of historic structures and more recently in new construction projects to be incorporated into the historic district.

Below is information on programs, services and planning documents relevant to development in the District. For more information, call Tom Yablonsky, Executive Director at 216.344.3937 or tyablonsky@warehousedistrict.org.
